Good questions

Do I need to change my phone number?

No. You can keep your existing number and forward it to us, or we'll give you a new Irish number to use alongside your current one.

What if a caller has a strong accent?

The AI handles Irish accents well. If it mishears something, the caller will simply be asked again. You can also ask the caller to speak slowly in the opening message.

Will my callers know they're talking to an AI?

The agent is transparent — it says it's taking details so you can call back. It doesn't pretend to be a human. Most callers are fine once they know a real person will call them back.

What happens if an enquiry goes wrong?

Callers who are confused or unhappy can always be told to call back and speak to you directly. We configure a fallback for situations the AI can't handle.

Is it GDPR compliant?
