This Cookie Policy explains how GotAI uses cookies on gotai.ie, what each cookie does, and how you can control them.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to site owners.
2. Cookies we use
GotAI uses the following cookies:

GotAI does not currently use Google Analytics or any other analytics or advertising cookies.
3. The cookie consent banner
When you first visit gotai.ie, you will see a cookie consent banner at the bottom of the page. You can choose to:
- Accept - This stores your choice and allows any future non-essential cookies (such as analytics) to be set.
- Decline - This stores your choice and prevents non-essential cookies from being set.
In both cases, your choice is stored for 365 days. After that, you will see the banner again.
4. How to change your cookie choice
To change your cookie consent choice, you can:
- Clear your browser cookies for gotai.ie, which will show the banner again on your next visit.
- Or manually delete the
cookie_consentcookie from your browser settings.
5. Third-party services
Some features of gotai.ie are provided by third-party services. These services may set their own cookies:
- Cloudflare - Provides website security and
performance. Sets
__cf_bmfor bot management. This is a strictly necessary security cookie and does not require consent. - Stripe - Processes payments on the checkout page. Stripe may set cookies as part of its payment flow. See Stripe's cookie policy.
- Retell AI - Powers the live voice demo. The demo uses a browser SDK that may use local storage, but does not set tracking cookies.
6. If we add analytics in the future
If GotAI adds Google Analytics or another analytics tool in the future, it will only load if you have clicked "Accept" on the cookie consent banner. If you declined, no analytics cookies will be set.
We will update this policy if any new cookies are introduced.
